Dakwakada Capital Investments LP (“DCI”) wholly owned subsidiary, Canada West Garage Doors LP (“CWGD”), has acquired the Kelowna branch of Anchor Door & Window (“Anchor”).

Anchor was a family owned and operated company which began operations in 1984 in Kamloops, with the Kelowna branch opening in 1987. Anchor is a provider of residential and commercial overhead doors, security gates, windows, and entry doors.

This acquisition will enable DCI to combine the best practices of both Anchor and CWGD, operate out of one location (#105, 1641 Commerce Avenue, Kelowna, BC) and add talented team members to the CWGD team.

With this acquisition, we are happy to announce we will now be able to offer our clients, not only an increased selection of overhead doors, but also commercial overhead door and security gate services.

This represents the third overhead door acquisition for DCI within the past-year, and the second outside of the Yukon.
