New acquisition announcement
We are pleased to announce our purchase & acquisition of BUD’s Industrial Installations that took place officially on March 19th, 2021.
For more than 30 years, Northerm Windows and Doors has its mission to provide the highest quality windows, doors, glass and related building products to consumers throughout the North with emphasis on superior service, the wellbeing of employees, customers, owners, and the environment.
The acquisition of BUD’s Industrial Installations will allow the company to remain a Yukon controlled entity and will be added under the umbrella of 8 different Yukon First Nations.
Here are several things we want to point out:
- BUD’s Industrial Installations will keep doing business under the same trade name and will become the Overhead Doors division of Northerm Windows and Doors.
- The legal name of the entity is still RAB Energy LP
- BUD’s Industrial Installations will be running at their current address: 11 Lorne Rd, Whitehorse, YT Y1A 5S7
